    Multiple attacker practice during regular Aikido class. The goal was to cultivate an unfettered state of mind, and not get dragged down during an extended, slow multiple attacker exercise. Demonstrated by the members of University of South Florida Aikido (Tampa Florida, usfaikido.com)
