Sensei Abel (Assistant Instructor) holds the Aikido rank of nidan (2nd degree black belt). She began her Aikido studies in 2003, and also holds the rank of nidan (2nd degree black belt) in Wado Ryu Karate-Do. She teaches the Saturday beginner / general classes.
